Terms of Service

By using Whole Body Studios services, you agree to the following terms. These terms reflect our core principle: Artists retain 100% of their masters, publishing, and IP. We earn on services rendered — never on ownership.

Artist Partnerships

• • No contracts are signed for ownership or exclusive rights
• • Artists retain 100% of masters and publishing
• • Partnerships are ongoing and can be terminated by either party
• • Service fees apply only to work actually performed

Service Fees

All service fees are agreed upon before work begins. No hidden charges. No recoupment. No clawbacks. Payment terms are clearly stated for each service category.

Feed First Revenue

Revenue generated through the studios follows the Feed First Algorithm: 35% Artist Royalty Pool, 25% Guild Treasury, 20% Guaranteed Stipend, 12% Infrastructure, 8% Founders. Detailed breakdowns provided to partners.
